Pemilihan material yang sesuai adalah tahapan yang sangat penting dalam mendesain suatu baut yang berkualitas dan tepat guna. Pemilihan material di sesuaikan dengan aplikasi yang di gunakan, torsi yang di butuhkan maupun material existing yang di gunakan.

Desain Custom Bolt

Desain baut custom beraneka ragam tergantung pada desain mesin/ peralatan existing, maupun desain awal. Beberapa desain umum yang tersedia adalah 12 point bolts, carriage bolts, fitted bolt, hex flange bolts, hexagon bolts, hexagon screwsets, hook bolts, machine screw, square head bolts, swing bolts, T-bolts dan custom bolt khusus. PT Raja Teknik aditama memproduksi custom bolt khusus sesuai dengan gambar teknik/ contoh barang melalui reverse engineering dengan maksmimal diameter M200. Dalam banyak kasus, kami tidak ada minimum quantity (MOQ).
